About Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing services for over 300 regular City employees and an additional 80 plus seasonal and part-time employees.

Major responsibilities of the department include internal consulting to staff and employees, new employee orientation, pay and classification management, safety and loss control, policy interpretation and development, payroll processing, training and development, employee service and recognition, employee communications, benefits administration, and performance evaluation.
