NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

In compliance with North Carolina General Statutes 160A-71 and 143-318.12, I hereby call a Special Meeting of the Shelby City Council for Friday, February 1, 2013, at 9:00 a.m.  The location of this meeting is the Shelby-Cleveland County Regional Airport Terminal Building, 830 College Avenue, Shelby, North Carolina.

The purpose of the meeting is for City Council to hold preliminary discussions related to the City of Shelby’s annual operating budget for fiscal year 2013-2014.
