Sealed proposals for furnishing the necessary labor and equipment, as specified, for the Construction of Circuit 11-2 Distribution Line Improvements will be received by the City of Shelby, North Carolina at the Utility Operation Center located at 824 West Grover Street, Shelby, North Carolina 28151 Attn: Marcus Kennedy at or before 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at which time and place the bids shall be publicly opened and read.
