NOTICE: City of Shelby offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 28-29, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Solid waste collection for Thursday, November 28 will occur a day earlier, on Wednesday, November 27. All other routes will occur on normal schedule.
