Webbley is a historic home located at 403 South Washington Street, Shelby North Carolina. Formerly referred to as the "Governor's Mansion", the home was built in 1852 and sits on approximately 2.5 acres on land in the Historic District of Uptown Shelby.

The City of Shelby acquired the property as well as funds to assist with the cost of restoring the home in 2024 through a $3.9 million state grant requested by Senator Ted Alexander.
