17th Annual Cycle NC

Monday, September 28th 1,100 cyclists converged on the Shelby City Park for some much needed R&R while on a tour from the North Carolina mountains to the North Carolina coast land. The ride covers nearly 500 miles and the Shelby City Park hosts the Foothills pit stop along the tour. Cyclists can choose to camp outdoors on our baseball fields or indoors in our recreation building. They have the opportunity to eat together, fellowship, receive massages or participate in yoga meditation in hopes that they will be prepared for the next leg of the journey.
