The City of Shelby is hosting a "Coffee Talk" at Hive Coffee Bar in Uptown Shelby to discuss the Comprehensive Plan. Citizens are invited to attend and enjoy a cup of coffee on us as we discuss their thoughts on Shelby’s future.
