A contractor for the City of Shelby will be completing roadway improvements and utility work along Commerce Center Drive and Metrolina Drive starting Monday, February 20 (weather permitting).  Expect intermittent lane/street closures and construction activity during this time.  Construction is expected to take approximately 60 days to complete.
