Beginning on Monday March 13, a contractor for the City of Shelby will be resurfacing the following streets: Royster Ave., Hampton St. (Royster Ave. to W. Dixon Blvd.), Eastview St. (Royster Ave. to W. Dixon Blvd.), Hamrick St. (Royster Ave. to W. Dixon Blvd.) and Calvary St. (Royster Ave. to Gardner St.). 

Expect personnel, vehicles, and equipment along and in the road with temporary lane closures while work is ongoing.  

Please do not park vehicles on the street in this area, or place leaf or brush piles in the street.  Work in this area is anticipated to last approximately seven days; weather permitting.
