NOTICE: May 14, 2024

A contractor for the City of Shelby will be soon performing construction work associated with the 24” Washington St. Waterline Transmission Project and will need to temporarily close Chestnut St. (between E. Warren Street and E. Graham Street). Starting the week of May 20th, Chestnut will be closed to thru traffic for approximately two weeks. Local access will be allowed for residents only. Expect personnel, vehicles, and equipment in the roadway in this area.
