August 14, 2024 - Temporary Road Closure Notice

A contractor for the City of Shelby is performing construction work associated with the 24” Washington St. Waterline Transmission Project and will need to temporarily close S. Morgan Street between W. Warren St. and W. Graham Street along with closing the West bound lane of West Graham between S. Lafayette St. and S. Morgan St. 

Road closure and new traffic pattern are expected to be in place 1-week beginning on August 21, 2024. 

Continued construction and new traffic patterns on S. Morgan up to W. Marion are to be expected for the next 5-6 weeks. 

Expect personnel, vehicles, and equipment in the roadway in this area.
