PURPOSE
Shelby-Cleveland County Regional Airport Advisory Board’s mission is to advise city staff on airport development and services in an effort to provide the highest quality of aviation experience possible to the citizens of our community and the many users that it brings to this region. MEETINGS
2nd Tuesday of January, April, July & October, or as needed  at 12:00 pm.
Shelby-Cleveland County Regional Airport, 830 College Road, Shelby, NC

DUTIES
City Council vests authority in a board to be designated as the “Shelby-Cleveland County Regional Airport Advisory Board” to serve the City Council in an advisory capacity with regard to the management, supervision, operations, control and improvement decisions related to the Airport.

CURRENT MEMBERS

To contact the members of the board, please email airportboard@cityofshelby.com The board is composed of 5-7 members, plus a representative of the Cleveland County Board of Commissioners. Members serve 2-year, staggered terms. All members must be residents of Cleveland County and should possess a direct knowledge of general aviation.
