Open lap lanes available for lap swim (must be 16 years of age)

Dance Fitness

Tuesday and Thursday            
6:30PM-7:30PM

Cost: $5.00 a class or $20.00 a month (first class is free)

Blends fun of dancing like hip hop, salsa, cha-cha, jazz and weights!

Cross Training

Tuesday and Thursday            
5:30PM-6:15PM

Bobby Bell Pavilion (126 W. Marion St.)

Cost: $12.00 a month (first class is free)    

 Instructor: Holli Goforth

This class provides a variety of endurance exercises geared towards engaging your muscle in new ways. The routine will continually change and will include some high-impact and some low-impact exercises.

Instructor: Sue Reinhardt

Looking for a new way to sculpt? Vinyasa style flow class combined with kettlebell drills will give sculpt a new meaning. Creates a lean physique and gain balance and body strength; yoga flows done in 60 minutes. A yoga mat and water is required. All levels welcomed, men and women.
